Emancipation Day

Emancipation Day celebrates the abolishment of slavery. 

Many states, territories and countries observe on various days with different names: August Monday, August Festival, Culturama, or has related holidays such as Juneteenth or J'ouvert, the celebration is always to commemorate the abolishment of slavery and freedom.
