Loving Day is about showing move love to everyone in your life by showering them with love and affection. It is also a time to show more love to the world. 

Too often with the media and propaganda that we see every day, people get filled with hate towards others. This feeling is not only unproductive, it is unhealthy for everyone. Loving Day is a day to remind us that we need to switch those thoughts to be more loving in every instance in our lives. 

How to Celebrate Loving Day

There are plenty of things you can do to make someone feel loved and appreciated, like cooking their favorite meal, taking them for a walk in the park, or sending them a heartfelt card or text message. No matter what you do, just make sure your actions come from a place of genuine caring and affection, and your loved one is sure to feel the love.

Rather than get angry at a social post or news that you see, find the loving side of your heart and think about things from another perspective. Find a way to be loving and show love to those you disagree with and try to see a loving side in all situations.
