List of Ohio Legal Public Holidays 

If any of those holidays fall on Saturday, the Friday immediately preceding shall be observed as the holiday. If any of those holidays fall on Sunday, the Monday immediately succeeding shall be observed as the holiday.

Sunday - first day of each week

New Year's Day - January 1

Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Birthday - 3rd Monday in January

Presidents' Day - 3rd Monday in February

Memorial Day - last Monday in May

Juneteenth - June 19

Independence Day - July 4

Labor Day - 1st Monday in September

Columbus Day - 2nd Monday in October

Election Day - 1st Tuesday after the 1st Monday in November, between the hours of twelve noon, eastern standard time, and five-thirty p.m., eastern standard time

Veterans' Day - November 11

Thanksgiving Day - 4th Thursday in November

Christmas Day - December 25
