List of Washington Legal Public Holidays 

Whenever any state legal holiday falls upon a Sunday, the following Monday is the legal holiday. If it falls upon a Saturday, the preceding Friday is the legal holiday.

Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Birthday - 3rd Monday in January

Presidents' Day - 3rd Monday in February

Memorial Day - last Monday in May

Juneteenth - June 19

Independence Day - July 4

Labor Day - 1st Monday in September

Veterans' Day - November 11

Thanksgiving Day - 4th Thursday in November

Native American Heritage Day - the  Friday immediately following the fourth Thursday in November

Christmas Day - December 25
