January is National Hot Tea Month! Tea has been a staple in many cultures for hundreds, if not thousands, of years. Not only is tea delicious, but it has incredible heath benefits that vary depending on the leaves and/or herbs used. Green tea is prefect for boosting metabolism, and black tea is more caffeinated. There are hundreds, even thousands of teas out there, so try a new one this month! Try it with sugar, lemon, or honey like Americans do, or with cream for an English experience.
