Hot Dogs are a popular food in many countries around the world. Because they are often served at parties, barbecues, and baseball games we tend to associate hot dogs with good times. Though the hot dog is considered a classic American food, it was not completely invented in America. German immigrants brought their sausages to America and began serving them with rolls and selling them out of street carts. Those street carts are still popular in many cities around the country. Celebrate Hot Dog Day by eating as many hot dogs as you can!
