Mobile Phone Recycling Day

International Mobile Phone Recycling Day is January 24th!

Most of us have tons of old cell phones and other technology laying around. Did you know that you can recycle those old phones? In fact, recycling them can take away a hung strain on the environment. This holiday is sponsored by the Jane Goodall Institute (JGI) to encourage people to recycle their unused phones by sending them to a recycling source. Visit the JGI website to learn more about what you can do in your specific country. If you're already recycling your phones or you have nothing to recycle, you can still celebrate this holiday by spreading the word!
