Thread The Needle Day is celebrated on July 25th to acknowledge how doing something difficult, like threading a needle, can be a challenge but that we can also get through. The day was created by the daughter of an expert seamstress who taught the lesson of threading the needle. The lesson included the message that threading a needle can be a challenge, requires patience, steady hands and the will to succeed. This lesson is not just for sewing but for life.
